The Board of Directors, under the leadership of Mr. Patrick Pouyanné, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, held a meeting on October 25, 2023. During the meeting, it was decided to distribute the third interim dividend of 0.74 EUR/share for the year 2023. This represents a significant increase of 7.25% compared to the three interim dividends paid in fiscal year 2022. Furthermore, it is important to note that this increase aligns with the shareholder return policy established by the Board of Directors in February 2023.
