One of the notable names leading the charge is healthcare services provider BrightSpring Health Services Inc. The company plans to raise an impressive sum of up to $959.4 million through an IPO. This will be achieved by offering 53.3 million shares with an estimated price range of $15 to $18 per share. Should these figures be met, BrightSpring Health Services Inc. would attain a valuation of $3.1 billion. Backed by KKR & Co. Inc., a renowned private equity firm, this Louisville-based company intends to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol 'BTSG.'

CG Oncology

Another company poised to make an impact is immunotherapy firm CG Oncology. Preparing for its market debut, the promising late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company aims to raise approximately $212 million while achieving a valuation of about $970 million. CG Oncology specializes in the development of bladder cancer drugs, including their notable product candidate, cretostimogene.

Reddit Eyeing IPO

Rumors are swirling that popular social media platform Reddit could potentially join the IPO frenzy this March. According to insiders, Reddit is currently valued at a staggering $10 billion. Although nothing has been officially confirmed, this news has certainly piqued the interest of investors and enthusiasts alike.

In addition to the aforementioned companies, two other players have also announced their IPO plans. Arrivent BioPharma Inc. is gearing up to offer 8.3 million shares with an anticipated price range of $17 to $19 per share. Finnish sports, on the other hand, plans to offer a whopping 100 million shares priced between $16 and $18 each.
